Espresso Repair Ltd was founded in 2004 by Lewis and the family with one straightforward goal: provide honest, reliable coffee machine service to businesses that depend on their equipment every single day. Two decades on, that mission has not changed. We are still independent, still family-run, and still answering the phone ourselves when customers call.
What started as a small repair workshop in Doncaster has grown into a full-service coffee machine specialist. We supply, install, and service commercial espresso machines, bean-to-cup units, capsule machines, and high-speed ovens for hundreds of customers across Yorkshire, the East Midlands, and beyond.
Our engineers are factory-trained on every major commercial brand, with combined experience exceeding 25 years. We carry a comprehensive range of genuine spare parts on every van, which means most repairs are completed in a single visit rather than requiring a follow-up. And because we are family-run, we treat every customer the way we would want to be treated — honest pricing, no hidden charges, and straightforward advice on whether something needs fixing now, soon, or not at all.

Our base is in Doncaster but our engineers cover Yorkshire, the East Midlands, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Humberside, and the wider UK for installations, repairs, and PSSR inspections. We attend most of the main towns in Yorkshire on a regular basis — Sheffield, Leeds, York, Rotherham, Barnsley, Wakefield, Hull, Bradford and beyond. For larger installations or maintenance contracts we travel nationwide.
We are official UK partners for Biepi traditional espresso machines, K-fee commercial capsule systems, and Merrychef high-speed ovens. We also routinely service Crem, Sanremo, Fracino, Rancilio, La Marzocco, Expobar, Astoria, Gaggia, La Cimbali, Faema, Nuova Simonelli, Wega, Mahlkönig, Anfim, Eureka, Mythos, Mazzer, Bravilor, Bonamat, WMF, Schaerer, Franke, Jura and most other commercial brands found in UK cafés and offices. If your machine is commercial and it makes coffee, the chances are we can fix it.
Our engineers are factory-trained on all the brands we supply. We carry out PSSR (Pressure Systems Safety Regulations) inspections in line with HSE guidance, hold appropriate insurance for commercial site work, and follow current UK water regulations on filtration installations. We also recommend annual servicing on all commercial espresso machines to keep your warranty valid and your output consistent.
