When to Call vs Email

For emergency breakdowns or anything urgent, calling us directly is fastest — we usually answer within a few rings during office hours and can dispatch an engineer the same day where possible. For non-urgent quotes, parts enquiries, brochure requests, and general questions, email is fine and we typically respond within one working day.

What to Tell Us

When you get in touch about a repair or service issue, the more detail the better. Useful information includes the make and model of your machine, how old it is, what the fault looks or sounds like, when it started, and any error codes on the display. For quotes on new equipment, let us know your daily cup volume, available counter space, electrical supply, and budget range — we can usually narrow down a recommendation in a single phone call.

Service Areas

Our engineers cover Yorkshire, the East Midlands, Lincolnshire, Humberside, and the wider UK on a regular basis. Doncaster, Sheffield, Leeds, York, Rotherham, Barnsley, Wakefield, Hull, Nottingham, Lincoln, Bradford and Chesterfield are all attended weekly. Callout Policy & Pricing

Our standard commercial callout fee covers the engineer travelling to your site, diagnosing the issue, and carrying out up to one hour of work. Any parts and additional labour are quoted before we proceed — we will not surprise you with a bigger bill at the end. For maintenance contract customers, callouts are typically discounted or included depending on the agreement. Out-of-hours emergency response is available by prior arrangement at a published premium.

What We Cannot Help With

We focus on commercial coffee equipment and small office capsule systems. We do not service domestic single-boiler machines, pod machines beyond the K-fee range, or Nespresso-compatible appliances bought from supermarkets — for those, contacting the original retailer is usually the better option. We are also not a coffee bean roaster and do not blend our own beans, but we can supply quality wholesale coffee from established UK roasters as part of any equipment package.
